Rentals are by the week only, and subject to 9% Maine Sales Tax

No additional charges! (no booking fees, no cleaning fees)

2024 rates are listed below, ranging from $1250 to $2025. Some summer weeks are already booked so please get in touch to secure your vacation time next year!

We require a 25% deposit to secure a booking; with the balance, including 9% sales tax and $350 refundable security deposit due eight weeks before arrival. Payment can be made with Paypal or a personal check.

If you need to cancel a reservation, we will do our best to re-sell your vacation time and refund any payments made. If we cannot re-sell your vacation time, we will not be able to automatically issue a refund.

No cooking lobsters (Lobsters make a real mess and the smell lingers. But there are many wharfs and restaurants that serve lobster in every form - our favorite traditional shore dinner, the absolutely required buttered lobster rolls, or a heavenly stew made of lobster & cream.

Although we live in England, our connection with Boothbay Harbor goes back a long way. It seems just a few years ago that I came to Boothbay as a young Irish college student looking for adventure, fun and a summer job. I found all that and more - and have been returning with Valerie and our three sons ever since.

The boys found camp, boats, swimming, jobs, and friends; just as we did - and so it became a given that Boothbay was our second home.

We were fortunate enough to finally buy our own place in 2004, and in 2019 we jumped when the opportunity arose to buy a harbor-front condo in the same complex, and sadly selling our previous home.

Valerie came over early in the spring of 2019 to oversee complete renovations and redecorating of the new place and again she has created a home that is both warm & inviting and stylish & sleek.

It did not take us long to fall in love with the ease & comfort of our new place and we are eager to share it with you! Most of our renters for our first condo returned each year, and it looks as if our new one is fast becoming a favorite as well.
